Jude's 2nd Birthday!

Sadly, it's been many months since I update our family blog! A friend brought this to my attention so I decided that it was probably time to record some memories somewhere other than Facebook!

Jude turned two on April 27! I was gone all day at state speech so we had a little party for him the night before. Keeping with tradition, he had an ice cream cake from DQ.

Right now, Jude loves his tractors "dackers", Clifford the Big Red Dog "Fifford", cars, reading books, puppies, monkeys "nunkeys", the iPod, his family (he's always giving us big hugs) and going to church.

Also, if you don't yet know, we will be welcoming baby #4 around October 2! We're very excited and of course Leah is hoping for a girl!

Uncle Jon, Kirk's brother, came to visit for a few days while on leave from the Marines. I think we need to hire him as a permanent babysitter when he returns from his time in the service :)

Will is enjoying 1st grade and it's hard to believe that he is 7!! He is a voracious reader and enjoys Hardy Boys, Boxcar Children or any other chapter book he can get his hands on.

Leah is finishing up her PreK3 year at Riverside Christian School in EGF. Next year, she'll go to preschool 5 mornings a week in Larimore. She'll turn 5 on July 11!
