From December 28-January 7, we spent time in Illinois with Kirk's family and some dear friends. We had alot of fun the first couple of days, as we were able to spend the morning with our friends, Brandon & Angie, who are also Will's godparents. Their son, Sawyer, is close to Will's age, and their other boy, Samuel, is 3 weeks younger than Leah!

Angie gave William a nice, short haircut! "I want it long!" he kept saying. We're pretty sure he meant short, because he liked it after it was cut :)

Sawyer and Will were busy "fixing" the baskets in the playroom....

...while Sam & Leah hung out and played on the floor while the dads talked. I, meanwhile, was getting my hair highlighted by Angie!

We went to the Talley's for New Year's Eve again, although we didn't get to stay as late as last year. Something about our almost 3-year-old son not sleeping or some such thing... :)
