William said the other day, while reading Busy, Busy Town by Richard Scarry, "I'm going to be a bricklayer." Turn page. "And then I'm going to be a farmer next."
In other news, William ran into a door on Sunday and split the top of his head open, resulting in a Sunday afternoon trip to the ER in Northwood, lots of blood, and four staples in his head. He was surprisingly very brave during the whole thing, telling the doctor about his Sunday School lesson. "Jesus rode on a donkey while people waved palm branches at him. And then he died on the cross." Such a pastor's kid, I know :) While Kirk and Will were at the ER, I went to a friend's house in Northwood. They live across the street from the hospital, so that was really great I could put Leah down for a nap and wait for the boys. We're thankful William is healing well and that there was no concussion or any such thing.
If you're not too grossed out, there is a picture of his head below. If you have a weak stomach, close your eyes and scroll down a few inches :) There are some cute pics of Leah below too.
Our smiley little Leah, almost 9 months!
